About Charleston Gold & Diamond Exchange:

Charleston Gold & Diamond Exchange is the premier location in South Carolina for buying, selling and trading precious metals, as well as a luxury diamond and jewelry store featuring amazing deals on famous names such as Cartier, Tiffany & Co. and Rolex.

Responsibilities:

• Selling fine jewelry including high-end designer jewelry, pre-owned estate and vintage pieces, diamonds, and more.
• Maintaining high knowledge of the fine jewelry and precious metals industry
• Building long-term relationships with existing customers
• Proactively seeking potential new customers
• Working with leadership to improve transaction and day-to-day business processes.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail sales with a high level of customer service
• Existing knowledge of the fine jewelry and precious metals industries
• Proven track record of sales ability
• Ability to build rapport with existing customers
• Quick learners capable of learning unique product industry knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and ambitious
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Experience working with Windows-based computing applications and the ability to learn new computer-based systems quickly
• Spanish speakers highly encouraged to apply
